Booking a day tour – group excursion

Online bookings: Please use our online booking system to book your seats for our Angthong Marine Park excursion. A booking is only confirmed when we have received the full payment – payments can be made by credit card or PayPal account.
Our system will immediately send you a confirmation email when the booking and payment process has been successfully completed. Canceled bookings and bookings with incomplete payments will not be carried out!

Bookings by email: A booking by email is also possible. However, we require full payment at the time of booking. Payments can be arranged by credit card or PayPal – please contact us for your booking by email. We will send you a manual payment request via PayPal – a booking is only confirmed after we have received the full payment.

Direct Bookings: Book directly in our office at Petcherat Pier in Bangrak. Our office is open daily from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Please call us on +66 8 0695 0801 to ensure we are in the office to take your booking.

Cancellation conditions for group excursions:

  • If the customer cancels less than 72 hours before the start of the excursion, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged.
  • In the event of cancellations by the customer less than 24 hours before the start of the excursion, we retain 100% of the paid excursion price.

The company reserves the right to cancel / postpone the excursion due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions). Due to weather conditions or other circumstances, the tour schedule may need to be adjusted without prior notice.

In case of bad weather conditions, the excursion can be postponed within 72 hours, or the customer can rebook on another excursion day (if available, if this is not possible, we will refund the amount paid in full.
